18 months after this documentary was commissioned by The Guardian we launched the film online. It has been a challenging, rewarding and eye-opening project to work on, taking us to the homes of some amazing people in the UK and a life-changing trip to Syria. The film tells the story of the 8 British volunteers who have died fighting against ISIS in Syria. Thank you to everyone involved.
