One Young World is a global summit for young leaders aged 18- 30 from 196 countries. The summit is designed as a space to debate and devise innovative solutions to the worlds most pressing issues.
In 2012 we were commissioned to create a film for the opening ceremony of the One Young World summit in Pittsburgh, USA. We travelled to Nepal, Colombia, Mauritius, Mexico and Algeria to tell the stories of a selection of young activists and campaigners. The film was introduced by Bill Clinton at the Heinz Hall.
In 2013 we were delegates at the summit in Johannesburg, South Africa where we led workshops on using film and video as a tool for social change.
Big names grace the stage at the summit, famous councillors include Kofi Annan, Desmond Tutu, Mary Robinson, Meghan Markle and Justin Trudeau.
