Celebrating Votes for Women

2018 marks the 100-year anniversary of the Representation of the People Act, which first gave women the right to vote, this film is part of a celebration looking back on 100 years of votes for women and looking ahead towards equal representation.

In 2018 the UK Government and Young Women's Trust commissioned a us to make a film that marked 100 years since Women's suffrage. We spoke to young women across the country about how far we have come since 1918 and what still needs to change.

Using archive footage from the last 100 years we told a 20th Century story of struggle, protest, perseverance and into the 21st Century the fight continues.
